With over 25 years of experience in property development across Australia, Landcap’s Director has built a reputation as one of the industries most respected leaders in creating award winning communities. Beginning his career with Delfin, pioneers of the masterplanned community, he gained early exposure to the high standard of placemaking.

For two decades, David held senior leadership roles with Australia’s largest residential developer. Overseeing all aspects of a +$3.0 billion residential portfolio and team, he has a deep understanding of how to curate places that bring people together and perform.
